Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of RELTO's virtual staging and renovation intelligence platform. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and HawkStack AI LLC, which operates RELTO ("RELTO," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the platform and related services provided at relto.app, including any associated tools, content, or applications (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.1 By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
1.3 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including actual or suspected violations, risk, or misuse.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of yourself or any represented entity.
2.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of your account info, and for all activity under your login, whether authorized or not.
2.3 We may terminate or limit access at our discretion if your use poses a legal, technical, or reputational risk.
This section is critical. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of RELTO-generated content complies with all applicable MLS rules and regulations.
3.1 The Service offers virtual staging, remodel visualizations, and ROI projections that may impact MLS compliance or real estate advertising law.
3.2 RELTO does not guarantee compliance with MLS rules or regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance when using Service-generated content.
3.3 You agree not to use the Service to produce or share content that is deceptive, misleading, or non-compliant with applicable MLS, broker, or advertising standards.
3.4 You are solely responsible for making any disclosures required by your MLS, broker, or applicable law.
3.5 RELTO disclaims all liability for any MLS takedown, fine, enforcement, buyer complaint, or legal claim based on your use of Service-generated content.
3.6 RELTO does not act as a broker, MLS participant, or licensed agent. No MLS entity shall have standing to enforce claims against RELTO or its owners.
3.7 You waive any defense based on "platform-generated content" and accept full responsibility for your use of all content produced through the Service.
4.1 You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a global, royalty-free license to store, process, and modify your content solely to deliver the Service.
4.2 You may use the generated content you create (e.g., images, renderings, estimates) to market the property shown in the source photo, including commercially and by delivering it to clients under 4.6.
4.3 You may not resell or provide access to the Service itself, or sell generated content as stock imagery or templates.
4.4 You confirm you have rights to upload any content and that it does not violate copyrights or third-party rights.
4.5 We do not use your uploaded photos or generated results in our own public marketing, gallery, or promotional materials unless you explicitly opt in for that specific result using the in-app “Feature in Our Gallery” option. Opting in grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that specific before/after result publicly. You may revoke this consent for a given result whenever you choose, using the same control; revoking consent stops future public display but does not retract prior distribution that already occurred.
4.6 On any plan, you may deliver generated content to a client who is marketing the property shown (for example, a photographer delivering to a listing agent) and charge whatever you choose. Keep the virtual-staging disclosure the Service applied in place, and let your client know the image is virtually staged. Your client may use it on the same terms you can.
5.1 Free-tier and free-trial images are delivered at preview resolution and carry the on-image virtual-staging disclosure ("VIRTUALLY STAGED" with a link to the original photo). That disclosure cannot be removed from free output.
5.2 Paid plans can download MLS images without RELTO branding. Social and Print exports carry RELTO's mark, except on plans and accounts whose output is always locked to the virtual-staging disclosure (the Photographer plan and Photographer Partner accounts), which carry that disclosure in its place. Depending on the plan and the property's MLS board, the disclosure is on the image, in its metadata, or left for you to add. You remain responsible for any disclosure your MLS, broker, or applicable law requires.
5.3 RELTO provides no assurance of compliance through watermarks. Use at your own risk.
6.1 You may not use the Service to misrepresent facts, alter architectural features deceptively, or conceal known defects.
6.2 You may not upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
6.3 We reserve the right to monitor and suspend activity that poses legal or reputational risk.
7.1 The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
7.2 ROI estimates and AI-generated visuals are for illustrative purposes only and not legally or financially binding.
7.3 RELTO disclaims liability for reliance on outputs, performance guarantees, or listing outcomes.
7.4 We do not provide architectural, legal, investment, or construction advice.
7.5 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
8.1 The Service uses AI and generative tools. Output may contain inaccuracies, hallucinated visuals, or elements not present in reality.
8.2 No outputs should be interpreted as architectural drawings, building plans, or investment advice.
8.3 You assume full responsibility for how AI-generated content is used in marketing, listings, or decision-making.
8.4 RELTO is not liable for damages resulting from the use or publication of generated outputs.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RELTO, its owners, members, officers, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, fines, costs, or disputes arising out of:
- Your use of the Service
- Your uploaded or published content
- Any MLS violation
- Any regulatory, civil, or buyer complaint
- Any breach of these Terms
You agree to release and hold harmless the individual owner(s), agents, and representatives of RELTO, from any liability, personal claim, or enforcement action related to your use of the platform.
11.1 We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or charge for any Service feature at any time.
11.2 Promotional content (e.g., "30 free stagings") may become outdated and is non-binding. Only current platform terms apply.
11.3 We are not liable for reliance on outdated screenshots, advertising, or third-party materials.
12.1 Terms like "MLS Allowed" or "Compliant" are informal descriptions and do not represent a legal guarantee of regulatory approval.
12.2 You are solely responsible for determining what is allowed by your MLS, broker, or jurisdiction.
12.3 Do not rely on marketing phrases as a substitute for professional compliance review.
We may use anonymized data or generated outputs for platform improvements, analytics, and machine learning purposes. We do not publicly share identifiable content without your consent.
RELTO uses third-party APIs, platforms, and services. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those systems.

Include all required elements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We may remove content or restrict access in response.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using RELTO, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
